Chairlift during an actual load test

Load Testing
(ski resort)

The load testing of a chairlift consists of an operational and mechanical check, in a fully loaded situation.

The weight of the skiers is simulated with tubs filled with water.

All our tests are carried out under the supervision of a professional engineer, member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ).

Our procedures comply with the regulations of the Régie du Bâtiment, the CSA Z98 standard, and the requirements of the various manufacturers.

We are a member of the Association des Stations de Ski du Québec. (ASSQ)
